Showing Up for Academic Confidence
When elementary students first arrive at Grant Park Christian Academy, many struggle with reading gaps. Through patient one-on-one volunteer tutoring and Christ-centered classroom encouragement, students gain the confidence to lead chapel and read aloud with pride.
Never Left to Face the Storm Alone
Prior to hurricane season, FAMA volunteers conducted home care visits for elderly residents across East Tampa — clearing yard debris, securing storm shutters, and delivering emergency hydration kits. For neighbors living on fixed incomes, knowing someone will check in brings peace of mind.
