Our Work • Pillar Two
Social Services
Meeting neighbors where they are — walking alongside families, seniors, and unhoused individuals to build relational pathways toward stability.
Social Services is the pillar where FAMA meets neighbors facing hardship. Rather than offering one-off transactional aid, we focus on relational continuity — listening first, identifying systemic barriers, and coordinating with specialized community partners.
From street outreach through Pathways Home to home care visits for isolated seniors, we believe every person's dignity and future are worth showing up for.

Pathways Home
Coordinated outreach connecting neighbors experiencing homelessness with shelter, healthcare, and housing pathways.
