Help build the capacity that connects a neighbor on the street with the next step toward stability. Our $500,000 founding campaign supports the development of consistent, relationship-centered outreach, transportation capacity, coordinated referrals, follow-up, and practical service resources.
What This Area Does
Pathways Home begins with trust. Outreach helps identify a neighbor's needs and connect that person with healthcare, identification and benefits, shelter or treatment referrals, housing providers, employment opportunities, and community relationships. FAMA coordinates alongside specialized partners; services depend on availability and individual circumstances.
Founding partners can bring funding, healthcare access, housing connections, transportation resources, professional expertise, church participation, or approved volunteer support. Your gift helps FAMA do the relational work that holds the pathway together: consistent outreach, case coordination, and connection to the right next step.

FAMA coordinates this pathway alongside partners. We do not directly provide every service, nor guarantee housing. We focus on the relational work that connects neighbors with the right next step.
Founding & Partnership Meeting
Join the founding and partnership meeting on Thursday, November 12, 2026. Networking begins at 8:30 AM; the meeting runs 9:00–11:00 AM Eastern. Contact FAMA for venue and attendance details.
