Neighborhood Care Visits
Personal home check-ins, senior visits, and practical assistance ensuring no neighbor is forgotten, especially in times of crisis or extreme weather.
Many elderly neighbors live on fixed incomes with limited transportation and family support nearby. FAMA's Care Visits connect trained volunteers with seniors and homebound residents for regular visits, conversation, prayer, yard care, and wellness check-ins.
These visits are also the backbone of our developing Community Resilience Core — ensuring that when a hurricane or freeze threatens Tampa, every vulnerable resident has already been contacted and supported.
